Wow.. watching Oprah really is great. It not only makes you feel good and hopeful about yourself, you get really motivated to be stronger and know yourself better, and better still, to be inspired to love people around you. You are constantly reminded of your ability to overcome your greatest and past failures.

Oprah's great... This afternoon, i came to a realisation she must be a God-sent women's saving grace. She's really the reason why i think America still has a hope. I tell you, America does have alot of issues as a society, but i will say that my country does too.. God bless us.

Anyway, for the very first time, i said something different to myself... After watching oprah, and seeing how a celeb star who seems to have everything in life, battle against drug and sexual abuse and fight against the demons in her life, and come back into God's saving grace once again, i said to myself.. "I love me."

And you know what? haha... after saying that, I said, "that sounds so so foreign!" haha!

But you must learn to say it not just to other people, but yourself too. Cos if you cant love yourself and accept yourself for who you are, you wont be able to help other people, much less be less of a selfish person.

I love myself. hehe..=)
